Sea-To-Sky mushrooms started out supplying local Whistler restaurants with wild mushrooms foraged from the forests that surrounded this amazing place since 2013. With the high demand for our wild mushrooms we knew we had something special. We decided we wanted to work with mushrooms year round so in 2015 we opened our first commercial fridge space and indoor grow facility where we were able to start learning the art of mushroom cultivation.
Since then, a lot has happened, and now we are located in Paradise Valley where we operated a large scale gourmet mushroom growing facility and continue to expand our offerings and knowledge on growing British Columbias best gourmet mushrooms.
Our founder Paul Cain has deep roots with wild mushrooms and foraging and absolutly loves sharing his passion with his community.
As a team we are working towards being your go to mushroom family who cares deeply about sustainable food sources and getting our offerings to those who enjoy and appreciate them.
