Sea-To-Sky mushrooms started out supplying local Whistler restaurants with wild mushrooms foraged from the forests that surrounded this amazing place since 2013. We are extremely passionate about gourmet mushrooms, especially wild harvested ones. With a deep knowledge in foraging and self taugh mushroom growers, we now bring our passion to households along the Sea-To-Sky Corridor and Vancouver’s surrounding areas with free delivery of our wild and cultivated mushrooms.
With the high demand for wild mushroom we knew we had something special and decided we wanted to work with mushrooms year round so in 2015 we opened our first commercial fridge space and indoor grow facility where we were able to start learning the art of mushroom cultivation.
Since then, a lot has happened, and now we are located in Paradise Valley where we operated a large scale gourmet mushroom growing facility with six local employees who are all passionate about fungi and continue to expand our offerings and knowledge on growing British Columbias best gourmet mushrooms.
Our team has deep roots with wild mushrooms and foraging and absolutly loves sharing our passion with our community.
As a team we are working towards being your go to mushroom family who cares deeply about sustainable food sources and getting our offerings to those who enjoy and appreciate them.
